CypherMax is a Singapore-based multi-cloud managed service provider. We give Asia-Pacific businesses the cloud capability of a much larger company — migration, operations, cost control, delivery and protection — bought as a service.
Our reason
Why we exist
There is a gap in Asia-Pacific between what the cloud can do and what most companies in the region are able to get out of it.
The large enterprises are fine. They have platform teams, negotiated contracts and dedicated FinOps analysts. The gap sits with everyone else: the 30-person e-commerce business in Kuala Lumpur, the funded SaaS startup in Jakarta, the logistics company in Ho Chi Minh City running production on hardware nobody wants to touch. These companies have the same reliability, cost and compliance obligations as the large enterprises, and roughly none of the same resources.
The usual options are not good. Hiring a cloud engineer is expensive and slow, and one engineer cannot cover migration, operations, security and cost. A single-vendor reseller will recommend the cloud they sell. A global consultancy will not take an engagement this size.
CypherMax exists to be a fourth option: a small, senior team that works across six cloud platforms, charges for a defined scope, and tells you plainly when the answer is to do nothing.

How we operate
We separate our work from our partners' products.
Every service on this site is labelled either CypherMax-delivered or partner-powered. You will always know whose product it is, whose SLA applies, and who to call. Blurring that line is convenient for providers and expensive for customers.
Scope is written down before work starts.
What is included, what is not, who is responsible, and what it costs. Our CloudOps page has a “what is not included” section, because that is the part that causes arguments.
We plan the way back before the way forward.
Rollback procedures, failover paths, restore tests, exit terms. Every one of these is a cost we absorb up front to avoid a much larger one later.
We would rather lose the deal than oversell it.
If your environment does not need what we sell, saying so costs us one engagement and earns a referral. We do not quote savings figures before reading a bill, and we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.

CypherMax collaborates with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud and BytePlus.
Working across both global hyperscalers and China-origin clouds is unusual for a provider of our size, and it is deliberate. Asia-Pacific is not one cloud market. The right platform for a customer serving Australia is frequently not the right platform for the same customer serving Indonesia, and almost never the right platform for serving mainland China.
