Some providers blur the line between their own work and a partner's product. We do not, because it matters when something breaks.
Our engineers, our methodology, our accountability. This covers Cloud Migration, CloudOps and FinOps. When something goes wrong in this scope, it is ours to fix.
The underlying product belongs to one of our cloud partners. This covers CDN, DDoS Protection and AIaaS. We handle the parts that usually go wrong: choosing the right product for your traffic and risk profile, provisioning it, configuring it properly, integrating it with what you already run, monitoring it, and raising and chasing vendor escalations on your behalf. The platform SLA is the partner's; the operational relationship is with us.
Our commitment appliesOur uptime commitment applies to managed environments under an agreed CloudOps scope. It is a contractual commitment with a defined measurement window and exclusions, set out in the service agreement — not a measured historical figure, and not a promise about a partner's own platform availability. Partner products carry the partner's own service commitments, and we will tell you what those are for your specific configuration.
We work across global hyperscalers and China-origin clouds. Which platform we recommend depends on where your users are, what your compliance requirements look like, and what you are already paying for.

FAQ
Yes. Each of the six is scoped to stand alone. Most customers start with either an assessment or a single migration and add services later, if they are useful.
Usually not on day one. We run an assessment first, agree what needs to change to make the environment supportable, then take it on. Adopting an environment we do not understand would not be fair to either side.
That works well. We are often the second pair of hands and the on-call escalation rather than the whole team — which lets your engineer stay on the work only they can do.
Either you or us. Holding it yourself keeps your billing relationship and credits intact; holding it through us consolidates invoices and support. We will walk you through the trade-off.
