Partner-powered · Operated by CypherMax

The right delivery network for where your users actually are.

A CDN that performs well in one part of Asia-Pacific can perform poorly in another. We pick the network that matches your traffic map, configure it properly, and keep an eye on it.

Fit

This is for you if

  • Your site or app is fast at home and slow in the markets you are expanding into.
  • You are serving large files, video, or software updates and your egress bill is the biggest line on your invoice.
  • You have a CDN already, but nobody has reviewed the cache rules since it was switched on.
  • You are launching in Indonesia, Vietnam or the Philippines and last-mile performance is now a commercial problem rather than a technical one.
  • You need to serve users inside mainland China and your current setup cannot.

Scope

What we do

The product is our cloud partner's. The work that determines whether it helps you is ours.

Network selection

We look at where your users are, what you are serving, and what your traffic pattern looks like across the day — then recommend a specific partner network and explain why. Different networks have genuinely different footprints across Asia-Pacific; the honest answer depends on your map, not on our preference.

Provisioning and setup

Account and domain configuration, TLS certificate setup and renewal, origin configuration, and DNS changes planned so your cut-over does not drop traffic.

Cache and rule configuration

Cache keys, TTLs, purge strategy, compression, origin-shielding, and rules for the paths that must never be cached. This is where most of the available performance is won or lost.

Integration

Wiring the CDN in front of whatever you already run, including coordination with DDoS Protection if you are using both, so the two are not fighting each other.

Monitoring and tuning

Cache-hit ratio, origin load, error rates and latency by region, reviewed rather than merely collected. Cache rules get revisited as your traffic changes.

Vendor escalation

When the problem is inside the partner's network, we raise and chase the ticket. You should not have to learn a vendor's support process to get your site working.

Platforms

Networks we can deliver on

We collaborate with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud and BytePlus, and provision delivery services from their respective networks.

Mainland China

Serving mainland China

Delivering content from inside mainland China has requirements that do not apply elsewhere in the region — a China-region delivery product, and in most cases an ICP filing tied to a qualifying local entity. This is one of the reasons we collaborate with Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud and Huawei Cloud.

If serving mainland China is part of your plan, start at Cloud Migration, where we set out what the deployment actually involves.

FAQ

CDN FAQ

There is no single answer, which is the reason this is a service rather than a product page. The best network for a video platform serving Indonesia is not the best network for a SaaS application serving Japan.

Often, yes, and frequently without changing vendor. A configuration review is usually the cheapest first step.

It can, particularly if you are serving large static files directly from origin storage, because cached delivery is generally cheaper than repeated egress. Whether it will in your case is a question for the review, and it interacts with FinOps.

The platform availability commitment is the partner's, under their terms. Our responsibility is correct configuration, monitoring, escalation, and having a failover path planned in advance. We tell you which is which before you sign, not during an incident.

Yes, including renewal. An expired certificate is a self-inflicted outage and it should never be your problem to remember.
