Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of cyphermaxsg.com (the “website”), operated by CYPHER MAX PTE. LTD. (UEN 202637936N), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051, trading as CypherMax (“CypherMax”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes, to learn about our services and to contact us. You must not:
- use the website in any way that breaches applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any system or network connected to it;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the availability or integrity of the website;
- extract content from the website by automated means for republication or commercial use, other than standard search engine indexing; or
- use our name, logo or content in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
3. Our intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, and the CypherMax name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.
4. Third-party trademarks
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. This includes the cloud platforms we collaborate with — Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud and BytePlus — and the AI models we can provision through those platforms, together with the companies that develop them.
These marks are used to identify the platforms and products through which we deliver services. Their use does not imply that those owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with any statement we make on this website beyond the relationship described.
5. Information on this website
The website is provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but:
- cloud platform capabilities, AI model availability, regional coverage, product names and pricing change frequently, and information on this website may not reflect the current position;
- nothing on this website constitutes technical, legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and you should not act on it without advice appropriate to your circumstances; and
- statements about regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction, including requirements relating to deployments in mainland China, are general in nature and subject to change.
6. Figures published on this website
Figures shown on this website — including any availability commitment, cost-reduction range, or measure of experience — are indicative and are subject to the terms of the written agreement between us. An availability commitment applies only to environments under an agreed managed scope, as defined in that agreement. A cost-reduction range is a target, not a guaranteed result, and actual outcomes depend on the environment concerned.
7. Enquiries do not create a contract
Submitting an enquiry, or receiving information, a proposal or an estimate from us, does not create a binding agreement. No engagement begins until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
8. Services are governed by a separate agreement
Where we provide services to you, those services are governed by the written agreement between us, including its scope, service levels, fees, liability provisions and data processing terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
Where we provide services built on a cloud partner's product, that product remains subject to the partner's own terms and service commitments, and we will identify the applicable terms to you.
9. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites, including those of our cloud platform partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
This clause is being drafted and will be published before these terms take effect.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this page, with the date of the last change shown at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
